 The Masterplan, in line with Dublin City Development Plan objectives,  aims to guide and support the redevelopment of the area and catalyse the transformation of the mostly vacant heritage district into a vibrant new sustainable community.

 Next steps will involve progressing to appoint a design team to prepare the more detailed designs to inform planning applications to realise the vision set out by the masterplan in a phased way. Further engagement and consultation will be undertaken with the local community and key stakeholders as we progress the detailed designs to planning.
